REFUND POLICY
-There will be no refunds AFTER the closing date of 4/18/25
-Exception: For bitches in season with documentation from a vet.WDNCW per UKC rules, will retain 50% of entry fees as a processing fee for any Nosework competitor who provides a veterinarians certificate verifying that the female came into season after the pre-entry deadline date for entries. The certificate may be mailed, provided the postmark is no later than the date prior to the day of the trial, or delivered by hand to the Event Secretary before the published start time of the trial.
