General Information
CLUB REFUND POLICY FOR THE SEPTEMBER 23-24, 2023 NOSEWORK TRIAL:
****THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF SEPTEMBER 15, 2023.
EXCEPTION: THE BITCHES IN SEASON WITH DOCUMENTATION FROM A VETERINARIAN.
UPDD CLUB, per UKC rules, will retain 50% of entry fees as a processing fee for any Nosework
Competitor who provides a veterinarian certificate verifying that a female came into season after
the pre-entry deadline date for entries (September 15, 2023). The certificate may be mailed,
provided it is postmarked no later than the date prior to the day of the trial (September 22,
2023), or delivered by hand to the event secretary before the published start time of the Trial
(9:00 am, September 23, 2023).
CLUB MOVE-UP POLICY FOR THE SEPTEMBER 23-24, 2023 NOSEWORK TRIAL:
Move-ups will be allowed in between trials both days for both Elements and HD.
All trials will run from Novice thru Elite for Elements, and Novice thru Master for HD both days.
VETERINARY PRACTICE ON CALL FOR THE WEEKEND OF MAY 20-21, 2023.
Veterinarian will not be on site.

Leave Delfab building taking a left off 12th Street on to Delta Avenue. From the end of Delta
Avenue take a left on US2 to Towards Manistique (approx. 1 hour drive). Continue on US2
taking a left on Chippewa Avenue, the clinic is located on the left.
