General Information
Refund Policy: No refund of entry fees will be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry closing date and time, except in the case of females that come into season. In those cases, refunds may be obtained by providing UWSC with a veterinarian certificate verifying that the female came into heat after the closing date. The certificate may be mailed to the event secretary, provided the postmark is no later than the date prior to the day of the event or emailed to kathleeningram@yahoo.com before the start of the trial.
In the event the Trials are cancelled due to COVID-19, all entries will be refunded.
