General Information
REFUND POLICY
-Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by the action of the Event Committee.
-If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization it is impossible to open or to complete a show, refunds will be at the discretion of the Event Committee.
-In the event the show(s) are rescheduled or canceled due to health concerns or any state mandated closure of the facility, such as Covid-19 outbreak or pandemic situations, all entries will be refunded.
-Day of show entries will not be refunded under any circumstances.
-In the events that there are judge changes, a refund will be granted for pre-entry exhibitors only.
-All refunds are given in the event of show cancellations
