General Information
Refund Policy: Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by the action of the Event Committee. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization it is impossible to open or to complete a show, refunds will be the discretion of the Event Committee. In the event the show(s) are rescheduled or canceled due to health concerns or any state mandated closure of the facility, such as Covid-19 outbreak or pandemic situations, all entries will be refunded. Day of show entries will not be refunded under any circumstances. In the events that there are judge changes, a refund will be granted for pre-entry exhibitors only. All refunds are given in the event of show cancellations.
