SPOT Evaluations Available Daily - By Appointment Only

-$20 Fee - Paid to the Evaluator
Grooming
-No Grooming inside arena. (Dryers, Scissors, Clippers, Dremels, Trimmers, etc)
-Outside grooming space with electricity available
-Limited number of reservations available
-$40 for the weekend
-Please email cdseventchair@gmail.com for more information and to reserve grooming space.
Camping
-Limited number of dry-camping spaces are available for exhibitors.
-$20 per night; Available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night
-Check-in Thursday, between 3pm 6pm EST / Check-out Monday by 10am EST
-Water is available to pre-fill tank before parking.
-Dogs cannot be left outside at campsite between 9pm and 6am.
-No Electric, Sewer, or Water hook-ups

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
-The Carolina Dog Society will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the show must be cancelled. Entries will not be accepted without fees or signature.
-There is no refund if a female comes into season.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused or for errors on the entry form.
-Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry form.
-Returned checks do not constitute A valid entry fee. The show secretary will add a $50 collection fee to the amount of each returned check.
-Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be submitted in writing or via e-mail and received by the Show Secretary before 6:00 PM April 16th, 2024.
