General Information
Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association Refund Policy:
Cancellation Policy:
- The Southeastern American Eskimo Dog Association will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the shows must be cancelled.
-We will refund if a female comes into season and said female is entered in either Obedience or Rally Obedience.
- Exhibitor must bring female to the attention of one of the club members so that the female can be examined by using a tissue to see if the female is bleeding.
- There is NO refund if a female is entered in Conformation.
A full refund, subject a $2.50, administration fee collected on each entry.
Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, disqualified, excused or for errors on entry forms. Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry forms. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be submitted in writing to the TRIAL SECRETARY before 6:00 pm on the day Pre-entries close for this event. Entries will be will not be accepted without fees or signature. Refunded checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The event secretary will add a $50 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Email Entry forms-payment in full by CC, PayPal, or Zelle can be made through the club website. www.seaeda.com.
Friday Afternoon:
-At 3:30 p.m. Southeastern American Eskimo is offering a chance to practice in both Rally and Obedience. Each run will be $10.00. If doing both, it will be $15.00.
- Pre-Registration is recommended but we will take Day of (cash only, please have the correct amount)
