General Information
REFUND POLICY
-Refund requests received prior to the closing dates will be honored.
-Entry fees will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused from the trial site for any reason.
-No fees will be refunded if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public, or any other cause beyond the control of the show committee.
-Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The show club or their agents assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury, sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or any of their dogs or property.
-Dogs MUST have a UKC registration or listing number to be entered.
Refund for injured dog-WITH Veterinary documentation up to 24 hours before trial date.
-No refund if exhibitor is sick or injured. No refund for personal issues. Shows will be held, unless shut down by the state for unknown reasons.
-Entry fees will be refunded for bitches in season, upon receipt by the Trial Secretary, of a request and a letter from your veterinarian. The Trial Secretary must receive the request prior to the trial date. Any requests made after the trial date will not be honored.
Wait list will be established. Entry Fees refunded if not able to get into the trial. Dogs pulled after closing date will be refunded if entry can be filled from the waitlist.
