Pre Entries may be sent by US Mail or through email to diorbriards@gmail.com with the completed entry forms saved and sent as a PDF or JPG. All mail entries will receive a confirmation reply email. Payment may be made through PayPal, please include an additional $1 per $25 in entry fees which is the service fee that PayPay charges.

General Information
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Best of the Best offered on Sunday. After the Best in Show judging on Sunday, all of the winners of Best in Show, Best Altered in Show, Best Veteran and Best Novice Puppy from all six shows will compete for BEST OF THE BEST! This is a very prestigious award and the winner will receive a gorgeous rosette.
SPOT evaluations will be offered during show hours on Sunday. Evaluator is Jennifer Landers. Cost is $15.
Entries will be limited to 125 dogs in the licensed classes.
All exhibitors will receive an imprinted luggage tag as a thank you gift for entering.
All dogs completing new titles at any of the shows will receive a special neck ribbon award medallion.
There will be a decorated self-serve photography area so that you may take your own photos.
RV parking with 50 amp hookup is available. Reservations for these spaces are to be made directly with Bratty Paws.
Food bait WILL be allowed in the indoor turf areas as long as each exhibitor makes sure that none of it touches the turf or remains on the turf. Bait use in the ring may be allowed at the judge's discretion. This venue holds regular Agility trials and it is of the utmost importance that all scents are eliminated.
Please exercise your dogs outside to avoid eliminating on the turf. You must clean up after your dogs. Bags are provided outside for your use. You will be asked to leave the grounds with no refund if you fail to clean up after your dog.
If an indoor accident happens, you must follow proper protocol for cleaning the area. The Show Chair, Secretary, or other club worker must be notified so they can inform you immediately how to best clean the area.
Indoor grooming must be done in designated area. Please clean up your crating/grooming area at the end of each day.
We will hold a raffle with many wonderful items so please bring some extra cash to purchase tickets. The money from the raffle helps to defray the cost of having such a nice show at such a beautiful venue. Important Info & Refund Policy:
1. Entry cancellations must be received in writing prior to the closing of pre-entries or before limits have been reached. Cancellation requests must be emailed to diorbriards@gmail.com. Requests must include the dog's UKC number, breed, name, and event type entered. Cancellations received by telephone will not be accepted.
2. No refund of entry fees will be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry closing date and time.
3. No entries will be refunded after the pre-entry closing date and time or after entry limits have been reached.
4. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee.
5. Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. However, if a duplicate entry is processed, no refund will be made.
6. Entry overpayments may be donated to the general trophy fund.
7. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization, it is impossible to open or to complete an event, no refund of entry fees will be made.
8. If, in the opinion of the host club, the well-being of dogs, exhibitors, or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to, snow storms, hurricanes, tornados, lightning, flooding, or extreme heat, the host club may cancel or stop an event before completion. No refunds will be made in such cases.
