Payment may be made through PayPal, please include an additional $1 per $25 in entry fees which is the service fee that PayPay charges.

General Information
Each dog completing a New Conformation Title at one of our shows will receive a beautiful neck ribbon with a medallion.
Best of the Best: At the end of the show day on Monday, each of the six unaltered Best In Show dogs (2 from each day) will compete for Best of the Best and will receive a beautiful rosette for this win.
Covid Release Form-Everyone attending must wear a mask, maintain social distancing and sign a Covid Release Form. Please bring the signed release form with you and turn it in when you pick up your armbands.
RV hookups (30 and 50 amp) are available for $40 per night. To make RV reservations, please go to https://www.brattypaws.com/site-layout.
Entry limit 100 dogs per show.
SPOT Evaluations (Saturday): $10 Evaluator: Deb Beean During Show Hours
Refund Policy: Entry cancellations must be received in writing prior to the closing of pre-entries or before limits have been reached. Cancellation requests must be mailed to the show Secretary or emailed to diorbriards@gamil.com. Requests must include the dogs UKC number, breed, name and event type entered. Cancellations received by telephone will not be accepted.
No refund of entry fees will be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry closing date and time.
Cancellations submitted before the close of entries will be charged a processing fee of 50% the entry fee for each entry/class being cancelled. No entries will be refunded after the pre-entry closing date and time or after entry limits have been reached.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee.
Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. However, if a duplicate entry is processed, no refund will be made.
Entry overpayments may be donated to the general trophy fund.
If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization, it is impossible to open or complete an event, no refund of the entries will be made.
If, in the opinion of the host club, the well-being of dogs, exhibitors or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions, such as but not limited to hurricanes, tornados or flooding, the host club may cancel or stop an event before completion. No refunds will be made in such cases.
Additional Policies:
All persons attending the show must sign the Covid Release Form.
There will be NO FOOD BAIT nor human food allowed in the indoor turf areas. Toys and squeekies may be allowed at the judges' discretion in the rings but may not contain food. This event location holds regular agility trials and it is of the utmost importance that all scents are eliminated.
PLEASE exercise your dogs outside before showing them as it is very importance that dogs not urinate nor defecate on the turf. You MUST clean up after your dogs. Bags are provided outside for your use. You will be asked to leave the show without refunds if you do not clean up after your dog.
If an indoor accident happens, you must follow proper protocol for cleaning the area and it must be identified to the steward or show chair/secretary or club volunteer so you can be told how to immediately clean the area properly.
