EVENT THEME
The theme for the weekend is WESTERN/COWBOY. If you wish, dress up in Western/cowboy outfits all weekend. Exhibitors are encouraged to decorate their set-ups in the theme and participate in the WESTERN/COWBOY costume parade with their dogs on Saturday during the lunch hour. Nice prizes will be given for Best Set-Ups, Best Exhibitor Costumes and Best Dog Costumes! There will be a decorated self-serve photography area so that you may take your own photos.
BEST OF THE BEST
Best of the Best is offered on Sunday. After the Best in Show judging on Sunday, all of the winners of Best in Show, Reserve Best n Show, Best and Reserve Best Altered in Show, Best and Reserve Best in Show Veteran and Best and Reserve Best in Show Novice Puppy from all six shows will compete for BEST OF THE BEST! This is a very prestigious award and the winner will receive a gorgeous rosette and prize.
RAFFLE
We will hold a raffle with many wonderful items so please bring some extra cash to purchase tickets. The money from the raffle helps to defray the cost of having such a nice show at such a beautiful venue. CAMPING RESERVATIONS
-RV Hookups are available right near the show pavilion.
-RV spaces WITH hookups are available for $25 per night for all exhibitors (not only vendors).
-Reservations are available thru the Lee Civic Center.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-Set-up is on Thursday, after 4 p.m.
-EVERYTHING is under cover grooming, set-up space, rings and seating.
-PLENTY of space for set-ups - Electricity is available to use.
-Personal belongings, crates and grooming equipment can remain overnight at the facility but the club and the facility are not responsible for any loss or damage.
-The flooring is concrete and all rings have matting.
-PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS.
-Cars may not run their engines while parked near the pavilion.
-No cars may park in front of the pavilion.
-We will have a fabulous food vendor there serving breakfast and lunch each day.

REFUND POLICY
Entry fees shall NOT be refunded once a dog is recorded in the Judges' Book by the Show Secretary. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, severe weather such as hurricanes or other acts beyond the control of the host organization it is impossible to open or to complete a show, no refunds will be given.
