General Information
Norfolk County Hound Club Refunds:
1. 100% of entry fees will be refunded if a written request is received by the trail secretary on or before the trial closing date.
2. After the trial closes, a refund will be given for il or injured dog or handler, bereavement and/or family emergency if the trial secretary is notified prior to the close of roll call for the trial.
3. Bitches in season will be fully refunded if the trial secretary is notified prior to the close of role call for the trial.
4. No refunds will be given of a request is presented after the close of roll call for the trial.
5. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.
6. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.
7. No entry fee will be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by the action of the trial committee
