General Information
Refunds: Full refunds for event cancellation due to Covid regulations. Full refunds for withdrawn entries prior to pre-entry deadline date. No refunds after pre-entry deadline date.
Electronic emailed entries will be accepted for these shows. There is a $5 fee per dog for electronic entries, $2 fee for Juniors and NLC classes. Please scan and email SIGNED entry forms to Show Secretary at midatlantickennelclub@gmail.com. Payment will be invoiced via PayPal. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE INVOICED. PLEASE PAY INVOICES IN A TIMELY MANNER. Entries will not be official until payment is received. Fully completed entry forms must be received by closing date/time of Friday, April 14th at 6pm EST. No entries will be accepted after this time. Payment on all pre-entries is due by Saturday, April 15th at 6pm EST, if you have not paid by this date/time, your entries will not be accepted. No exceptions! You will receive ONE reminder about the time/date payment is due with your initial confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for entry processing and invoicing. If you have not received email confirmation and PayPal invoice within 48 hours, please email us to check on your entry. Thank you!

Additional information regarding the special exhibition on Saturday 4/22/23 : Bred-By Exhibitor competition for dogs entered in Show 1 and/or Show 2 on Saturday 4/22/23. Any dog being shown by the breeder/owner regardless of what class the dog is entered in is eligible to compete. Competition will be held after BIS Show 2. No sign up required, no entry fee. Bring your best bred-by dog from the day for a chance to win a fun prize. A panel of judges will decide who will be our Best Bred-By in Show! Watch our Facebook page for more information!
