General Information
Herding Extravaganza. Includes Potluck Lunch
Please note:
Refund of entries cancelled prior to pre-entry closing date, will be refunded; a $5.00 per entry will be retained by the club for processing the entries.
Refund of entry fees will not be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry deadline, except in cases of extenuating circumstances which are approved by the club board on an individual basis. If refund is approved a $5.00 per entry will be retained by the club for processing of entries.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian, judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event Committee or the United Kennel Club
If acts of God, pandemics, riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the hosting organization are unable to open or complete a show/trial, refunds will be made at the discretion of the event committee.
