PAYMENTS:
-Pre-Entry Payments can be made by check or e-transfer
--Checks must be mailed to the Event Secretary / Make payable to Elgin Dog Sports Club
--E-transfers must be emailed to: edsc.nosework@gmail.com
-DOS Entries can be paid by cash, check or e-transfer
PLEASE BE AWARE:
-Inside Crating is Available
-Lunch will be provided to Judges ONLY - Exhibitors may bring their own food
-Volunteer VEHICLES are always needed and appreciated. Please contact the Trial Secretary if you can volunteer your vehicle for any amount of time during the day.
REFUND POLICY:
-Elgin Dog sports Club will provide full refunds to any competitor who must withdraw from our Trials, provided the club is notified in writing to the Trial Secretary. Our club will require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the Trials for any refund to occur. If 24 hours notice is not given then there can be no refunds.
