ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-Lunch will be provided to Judges ONLY Exhibitors may bring their own food
-HD & Containers will be held under a large event tent.
-Volunteer VEHICLES are always needed and appreciated. Please contact the Event Secretary if you can volunteer your vehicle for any amount of time during the day.
REFUND POLICY
Elgin Dog sports Club will provide full refunds to any competitor who must withdraw from our Trials, provided the club is notified in writing to the Trial Secretary. Our club will require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the Trials for any refund to occur. If 24 hours notice is not given, then there can be no refunds.
