General Information
REFUNDS: Participants may request a full refund before the closing date. After the closing date no refunds will be issued., except as stated in the Obedience/Rally Obedience rules in regards to judge changes or bitches in season.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a vet or judge, or barred from competition by action of show committee.
UKC and ECHO are not responsible for loss, accidents or theft. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or unprescribed drugs will be allowed on the grounds, or while participating in the events, or in the building the day of a UKC licensed event.
UKC and ECHO assume no responsibility for any damage or injury sustained by the exhibitors, handlers, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children no under the control of their parents or guardians.
If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, lightning, tornadoes or extreme heat must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. In the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, not refunds will be made.
Bitches in season and bitches with Ovarian Sparing Spay are not permitted to compete. The club will refund the entry fee, less $10.00 processing fee, for any bitch reported to be in season not later than one half hour before the start of the trial. Any bitch excused because she if found to be so attractive to males as to be a disturbing element will not receive refund.
