-Must be paid with Cash or Credit Card
REFUND POLICY
-Requests received prior to the closing date will be honored, subject to a $5.00 administrative fee.
-Entry fees will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the judge or veterinarian, barred from competition by action of the event committee or UKC, or pulled after closing due to injury or any other medical condition.
-Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. If a duplicate entry is processed, however, no refund will be made.
-No entry fees will be refunded if the event cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fire, an act of GOD, public emergency, or any other cause beyond the control of the event committee.
-Females, who come into season after the closing date will have entry fees refunded subject to a $5.00 administrative fee, provided a veterinarians certificate verifying female came into season after closing date for entries is given to the club. The certificate may be mailed, provided the postmark is no later than the date prior to the date of the trial, or delivered by hand to the event secretary half an hour before the published start time of the trial.
-Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. These entries and any/all results will be pulled. The club will add $35 for each returned check.
-The host club, their agents, members etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or any of their dogs or property.
