General Information
Conformation events are PRE-ENTRY ONLY and limited to a total of 200 entries per show
Precision Coursing. Dash is limited to 75 runs - Puppy Dash offered and limited to 5 runs / Steeple is limited to 80 runs - NO Puppy Steeple offered.
Refund Policy
We will give a full refund if secretary receives in writing that exhibitor is withdrawing from the event before Closing date. There will be no refunds given after closing date. All returned NSF checks will have a $25 fee added.
For Pre-Entry events, No entries will be accepted after Closing Date
All Performance Events will have the following refund policy
IF an event is Pre-entry only, then there will be no refunds after the closing date.
If the performance event accepts Day of Entry, we will return the entry fees with a $10 deduction for secretarial fees/dog.
Exhibitors will be required to provide a Vet letter stating that bitches are in heat to the secretary of event, before a refund will be given for Performance Events
