WORKING GUN DOG AWARD
-Awarded on Friday, during Show 1-
Gun Dogs with a UKC Champion or Grand Champion Title AND a Field Title from UKC, AKC, or a parent club are eligible. MUST provide proof of titles prior to show
BEST OF THE BEST GUN DOGS
-Held on Sunday, with a 3 Judge panel-
All Gun Dog Group 1 winners from the 6 shows are eligible
DOUBLE-DOG DARE
-Check at Secretary table on Sunday-
All dogs that earn 2 Total Dog awards are eligible - Only 1 Award per weekend
TRIPLE-DOG DARE
-Check at Secretary table on Sunday-
All dogs that earn 3 Total Dog awards are eligible - Only 1 Award per weekend
NEW TITLES
New Title tabs will be given to anyone who earns a New Title of the weekend, including Conformation and Rally Obedience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-No soft sided crates or ex-pens allowed in Jr. Fair Building - Exceptions may be made for Great Danes
-Soft sided crates MAY be allowed in the Rally building
-No Canadian checks or credit cards accepted
REFUND POLICY
1.Any entry may be cancelled at any time PRIOR to the Pre-Entry deadline. Cancellations must be made by email or text message to the Event Secretary. The entry and the check will be shredded.
2.Refunds for cancellations after the Pre-Entry deadline will be handled individually by the Show Chair, Secretary, and BOD as deemed necessary. A $5 materials fee MAY be assessed if entries have already been posted to the judges sheets.
3.There will be NO refunds for late arrivals, missed classes, disqualified dogs, judge excusals, dogs barred from competition by a Judge or Event Committee.
4.If there is a Judge change, an exhibitor may pull their entries and receive a refund, less the recording fees for that entry.
5.If, because of a pandemic, riot, civil disobedience, or other acts beyond the control of the host club, it is impossible to open or to complete an event, no refund of entry fees will be made.
6.If, in the opinion of the host club, the well-being of dogs, exhibitors, or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions (e.g. snowstorms, tornadoes, lightning, flooding, extreme heat), the host club may cancel or stop the event before completion. No refund will be issued in this case.
7.Returned checks do NOT constitute a valid entry fee. A $35 fee will be assessed to each returned check due to cover related bank/processing fees incurred by the host club. Refusal to make good on an entry will be reported to UKC; an exhibitor MAY be taken to small claims court depending on the amount.
