General Terms & Conditions

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Promoter" refers to the United Kennel Club (UKC), and "participant" refers to anyone who enters the competition. By entering the competition, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The "Prize" refers to: One (1) Dogtra Pathfinder 2 GPS tracking and training collar unit.
  • The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
  • To enter, you must subscribe & offer a valid email address with your subscription. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 31, 2024 to be included in the drawing.
  • All Meta properties, including Instagram and Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in this competition.
  • The odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries, which is unlimited.
  • The name and mailing address of the winner will be provided to The Promoter to enable fulfilment of the Prize. The winner's personal information will not be used or shared by the Promotor or their affiliates for any other use.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoters reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

Limits of Liability

  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are delayed, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Eligibility

  • Subscriptions are available to the US and Canada. The Promotor's competition is open only to residents of the United States.
  • One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • UKC reserves the right to reject entries from countries, states, and jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited or restricted.
  • UKC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time.

Selection and Notification of Winner

  • Each entered participant will be assigned a random number. The Prize will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected winner who has entered, using a random number generator.
  • The winner will be drawn by the Promoter on November 6, 2024, and the winner will be notified via the email associated with their subscription order, on or after this date.
  • The Promotor may also announce the winner on their social media channels, website, e-newsletter and other properties after the winner has been notified.
  • The Promotor is not responsible for, nor shall have any liability for the winners failure to respond to attempts from the Promotor to be notified.
  • If the winner fails to claim the prize within three days from the time the award notification was sent or is found ineligible for any reason, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
