KALAMAZOO, MICH. January 8, 2016 - United Kennel Club would like to announce that we have updated and split the Official UKC Entry Form into three separate forms. Due to the numerous events that UKC offers, we felt it was necessary to separate the entry forms so they were more user-friendly and to make it easier to indicate what events and classes are being entered.
Entry Forms have been separated into: Conformation; Nosework; and all other Performance events.
It is our hope that these new forms will not only be easier for the exhibitors to complete, but also for the Event Staff to read and interpret when completing the Judge’s Books.
Note to UKC clubs: Using separate entry forms for exhibitors to enter different events on the same day does not require the dog to be assigned two armband numbers. If your club usually only assigns one armband number to a dog regardless of the events entered, then the dog may still be assigned one armband number.
For example: If an exhibitor wants to enter Conformation and Rally Obedience on the same day, or for the entire weekend, and your club is offering both, the exhibitor would submit two entry forms (one for Conformation and one for Rally Obedience) and the club would assign one armband number to both entry forms.
