Domenick Muoio joins UKC Team
Field Trial & Hunt Test Program Manager
December 13, 2021
We'd like to extend a warm welcome to our newest team member, Domenick Muoio! Domenick's role as the UKC Field Trial & Hunt Test Program Manager means he'll be attending events across the country and helping to manage how they operate, while facilitating overall program goals.
Hailing from North Carolina and an East Carolina University graduate, Domenick started with us here on December 13th, and he looks forward hitting the road to meet everyone at upcoming events.
Domenick says: "I am very excited for the opportunity to work with such a driven and committed team, focused on the continued growth of the UKCs legacy in the sporting dog world. I also look forward to continuing the long tradition of quality and camaraderie that comes with UKC Hunt Test and Field Trial events."
He brings with him experience in training competition gun dogs and detection K9s.
About Domenick's personal Gundog:
[She] is a Standard Poodle named Saylor. I trained her to be my hunting companion for both upland and waterfowl. She currently holds her Seasoned Hunting Retriever title and we intend to compete for her Finished title this coming year.
We're happy to have Domenick on board, and be sure to welcome him when you spot him at a hunt near you!
Guided by the belief that dogs make a difference by being the best partner a human can have in the field, on the job, or in a competition event, UKC is a community for people and dogs to pursue excellence together. Founded in 1898, UKC has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of Dogs That Do More, and their owners, by providing essential resources to help owners and breeders make informed decisions. The dog-human bond is celebrated through family-friendly programs highlighting the instincts and heritage of purebred and mixed-breed dogs alike at over 15,000 licensed events annually.
