Andi Emory
I am a third-generation coonhound enthusiast, having been raised in the sport of hunting and showing. Having said that, it is an amazing honor for me to be judging Autumn Oaks! I currently live in North Carolina with my husband Keith, three daughters, and our many redbones. I have a 16-year career in many aspects of veterinary medicine and currently am the Director of Nursing Staff at a large veterinarian practice.

I have been very fortunate to have bred and handled some fantastic hounds to be awarded National Dual Champion, World Champion, and National Grand Champion. Autumn Oaks is very special to me and my family as I have attended this event for 35 years. Some of my other judging assignments to date include many state and breed day events, Youth Nationals, Winter Classic, and Grand American. I am a firm believer in form follows function when it comes to coonhounds and try to always promote those hounds with the conformation to hold up in the woods, hunting game over many years.

First off, I want to thank UKC for this incredible opportunity. Judging Autumn Oaks has always been a dream of mine. I cannot wait to judge the absolute best of the best at our most prestigious event. This is a true honor and one I will not take lightly. I will do my homework and make sure that I am 110% ready for this prestigious assignment.
2022 UKC Autumn Oaks Bench Show Judge Lisa Beddingfield
I have been involved with coonhounds for over 20 years and have been actively showing and hunting for almost 18 years. My husband Shane and I live in Flat Rock, NC and are the owners of Flat Rock Kennels/Melrose Mountain Hounds. We have two sons who the coonhound world has watched grow up and a daughter in law. They are Austin Beddingfield, Austin Fisher, and his wife Darden. We are a kennel with primarily Black and Tan and English Coonhounds and one Plott who is now retired. Shane and I have been truly blessed more than we ever deserved over the years with some incredible hounds, some amazing (selective) crosses and some incredible wins with all our breeds. Two UKC World Opposite Sex winners, one Opposite Sex National Grand, two Queens of show at Black and Tan Days, Queen of show at English Days, and King of Show at Plott Days. However, the best part is the incredible friends we have made along the way, some who have become family.
My favorite part of being a Judge is being involved with the youth of our sport. I truly enjoy not only judging these amazing youth we have but the opportunities I have had to mentor quite a few of them on a more one on one basis and to watch them want to learn, want to succeed, and soak up every bit of information you can offer to them. This is truly what it is all about and is just such an amazing feeling. Nothing better than for one of them to stop you at another event just to say hey. I love knowing that if I made just a small impression and offered a little encouragement that maybe it will help to keep them going. I have been involved with a few youth seminars and YEP events to help these young handlers learn just a little more about what all we do and how to grow and become better handlers if they choose to. Without our youth and the support of our youth, we will not have a future for our beloved coonhounds. They are our future.
I have been a Bench Show Judge for around 13 years, and I have had the opportunity to judge many different events over that period. Some of the events I have been able to judge are UKC Winter Classic, UKC Youth Nationals, Walker Days, Southeastern Treeing Walker Days, Southeastern Treeing Walker Youth Championship, Southern English Days, Southern Redbone Days, North Carolina State Youth Championship, Tennessee State Championship, South Carolina State Championship, Georgia State Championship, Alabama State Championship, Virginia State Championship, and West Virginia State Championship. That doesnt take into consideration the many other assignment I have taken in other registries.
