$25,000 Total Purse at 2019 Coonhound World Championship!

UKC is pleased to announce the Zone schedule and a $25,000 total purse for the 2019 Coonhound World Championship!

Coonhound World Championship

This event takes place September 19-21, 2019 in Marshalltown, Iowa at Central Iowa Fairgrounds. Hosted by Central Iowa Coonhunters Association. Learn more.

These placements in the Nite Hunt will receive the following portion of the total purse (in addition to any prizes awarded):
1st - $10,000
2nd - $3,500
3rd - $2,500
4th - $2,000
5th - $1,500
6th - $1,500
7th - $1,000
8th - $1,000
9th - $1,000
10th - $1,000

To qualify for the World Championship, a dog must have earned a plus-point cast win at any UKC Regional Qualifying Event in 2019. View RQE list. The deadline to enter the World Championship Zones is Saturday, August 31, 2019. Any advanced entry that is mailed to UKC must be postmarked no later than that date.

Qualified dogs may be entered in any one of the following zone locations. All zone hunts will be held on Friday,
September 13, and Saturday, September 14, 2019. Up to 104 dogs will advance from the Zones to the World Finals. View the 2019 Zone Locations.
