2017 Cur & Feist World Championship Announcement

The United Kennel Club has considered several clubs that were interested in hosting the 2017 Cur & Feist World Championship. We greatly appreciate each one of those clubs who expressed their interest. For 2017, this event will be hosted by the Southeastern Kentucky Cur & Feist Club. The World Championship will be held on March 10 & 11 at the Civic Center in Corbin, Kentucky conveniently located just minutes off I-75 (exit 29).

The Southeastern Kentucky Cur & Feist Club have held several larger events in the recent past and have done a great job putting the hunters on game. The event headquarters facility provides a clean and pleasant environment with all the needed amenities and space to spare for the hunters and spectators. This location also comes with plenty of hotels and restaurants that are conveniently located in the very same area.

Also, there will be a significant change for the 2017 World Championship. Curs and Feist will be drawn out separately. Basically, this event will feature two separate events that are ran in conjunction with each other. There will be two World Champions crowned - one Cur and one Feist. There will be ten placements available in the Cur Division and ten placements available for the Feist Division. Otherwise, the same running rules apply to both.
