Electronic Entries will be accepted - Please Scan/Email signed entry forms to Jean Baker at secretary@thecarolinadogsociety.com - Invoice will be sent via email, with a 3% handling fee added
SPOT Evaluations
-Starts 2pm, First Come/First Serve Basis

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
-The Carolina Dog Society will refund all entries in the case of a natural disaster or if the show must be cancelled.
-Entries withdrawn prior to October 16, 2024 will receive a full refund - NO refunds after this date
-Entries will not be accepted without fees or signature
-There is no refund if a female comes into season.
-Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused or for errors on the entry form.
-Owners are responsible for accuracy of information on the entry form.
-Returned checks do not constitute A valid entry fee. The show secretary will add a $50 collection fee to the amount of each returned check.
-Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be submitted in writing or via e-mail and received by the Show Secretary
