REFUND POLICY FOR LONESTAR K9 PERFORMANCE CLUB 2023:
Bitches in season will receive a full refund with written documentation from veterinarian.
Injured or ill people or dogs with written documentation from physician/veterinarian with board approval.
Canceled entries prior to Pre Entry date via email to trial secretary. Competitor must follow up to make sure that notification was received in a timely manner due to any spam issues.
Any pandemic closures or natural disasters or national/state emergencies.
