K9 Fanciers Refund Policy:
Refund minus $10 for handling fee. For injured dog-WITH Veterinary document. Must be submitted by the deadline date for entries. Club will allow for replacing one dog with another-only with veterinary slip, BEFORE PRE-ENTRY DEADLINE DATE.
NO refund for dogs in season. No refund if exhibitor is sick or injured, or death in family. No refund for personal accidents.
Credit Cards may be used for Pre-Entries Only- Day of show, cash or checks only. For credit cards please contact corresponding event secretary for that event. 4% fee
