Please Note:
Refund Policy:
- No refunds in the event a dog is absent, diqualified, excused by a veterinarian or judge, barred from competition by action of the Event Committee, because of riots, civil disturbances, or acts beyond the control of the host organization which make it impossible to open or complete an event.
- if there is a Pandemic and show site if forced to be closed before first show date, if there is a natural disaster that destroys the show site before first show date or bereavement of an immediate family member, a refund will be provided.
- Pre-entry refund considered when written copy of valid reason for cancelling an entry i.e a medical condition, written proof from the physician or veterinarian is required to be submitted, no exceptions. (No health records needed)
- After Pre-Entry deadline until the Day of Show no refunds will be considered unless injury or illness of dog and only with medical proof submitted.
- Absolutely no refund will be considered on Day of Show
- Should a refund be granted fro any of the above conditions, a 20% administration fee will be withheld in addition to fees charged by UKC to club for each show the dog was entered.
- This policy is in effect during Pre-Entry and Day of Show Entry
