General Information
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made only for reasonable justification ie. Family/Dog emergency.
In order to receive a refund, the club secretary must be notified by email no later than 3 days before the event date. A 5 bank handling fee/entry will be deducted.
Day of show status: No day of show refunds.
In the event that the judge would be prevented to arrive due flight cancellation or similar refund will be granted for all less a 5 bank handling fee/entry.
Special Exhibition: Working TFT for oversized TFTs.
