Requirements: Dogs must have earned the first level title or higher and owner must provide a list of UKC performance title accomplishments for the following: Agility, Dock Jumping, Lure Coursing, Precision Coursing, Nosework, Obedience, Rally, Weight Pull or Elite Shed Dog.
