Refund Policy:
Refunds must be requested of the trial secretary by mail, email, or phone call
A full refund, subject to a %5.00 administration fee, will be granted for requests made prior to the closing of pre-entries
After the closing of pre-entries and before the closing of day of show entries, the only refunds that will be made will be in the case of a female coming into season, injury to the dog, or illness of the dog. A note from a veterinarian may be required at trial secretary's discretion.
A full refund, subject to a $5.00 administration fee, will be made in such cases.
Special Notes about trial:
Current Covid protocols will be followed.
To minimize exhibitor wait times and to allow for move-ups, Trial 1 and 2 on Saturday and Sunday will be held concurrently. Also, the rally classes will be run in reverse order, R01 through RM. Starting at 9:00am each day, the schedule will be:
R01(Trial 1) - South ring followed by R01 (Trial 2) North ring, followed by R02 (Trial 1) South right followed by R02 (Trial 2) North ring ect.
