PRE-ENTRY SPECIALS

$90 All 4 Shows, Same Dog

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-No soft crates or ex-pens indoors. Soft crates MAY be allowed in the Rally building.
-No Canadian checks or credit cards accepted
-The host club, nor the fairgrounds, assumes any responsibility for any personal loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or any of their dogs property.
REFUND POLICY
1.Any entry may be cancelled at any time PRIOR to the Pre-Entry deadline. Cancellations must be made by email or text message to the Event Secretary. The entry and the check will be shredded.
2.Refunds for cancellations after the Pre-Entry deadline will be handled individually by the Show Chair, Secretary, and BOD as deemed necessary. A $5 materials fee MAY be assessed if entries have already been posted to the judges sheets.
3.There will be NO refunds for late arrivals, missed classes, disqualified dogs, judge excusals, dogs barred from competition by a Judge or Event Committee.
4.If there is a Judge change, an exhibitor may pull their entries and receive a refund, less the recording fees for that entry.
5.If, because of a pandemic, riot, civil disobedience, or other acts beyond the control of the host club, it is impossible to open or to complete an event, no refund of entry fees will be made.
6.If, in the opinion of the host club, the well-being of dogs, exhibitors, or spectators is at risk due to extreme weather conditions (e.g. snowstorms, tornadoes, lightning, flooding, extreme heat), the host club may cancel or stop the event before completion. No refund will be issued in this case.
7.Returned checks do NOT constitute a valid entry fee. A $35 fee will be assessed to each returned check due to cover related bank/processing fees incurred by the host club.
