PayPal payments for entries are accepted - please send entries and payment to barkcshows@gmail.com. $3.00 processing fees. Entries received after 6pm on September 29, 2021 will be charged day of show entry fee.
Refund of entry fees cancelled prior to the pre-entry date will be refunded; $5.00 per entry will be retained by the club for processing of entries.
Refunds of entry fees will not be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry deadline except in cases of extenuating circumstances which are approved by club board on an individual basis. In cases where a refund is approved, $5.00 per entry will be retained by the club for processing of the entries.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is disqualified, absent, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from completion by action of the Event committee or the United Kennel Club.
If because of pandemics, acts of God, riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the host organization it is impossible to open or to complete a show or trial, refunds will be at the discretion of the Event Committee.
Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries before processing. If a duplicate entry is processed, however, no refund will be made.
