Coonhounds only. No Food on site. This is an outdoor under cover event.
Entry cancellations must be received in writing prior to the closing of pre-entries or before limits have been reached. Cancellation requests must be mailed to the All American Bluetick Assoc Event Secretary or email to allamericanbluetick@gmail.com. Requests must include the dogs UKC number, breed, name, and show date and number.
No substitutions offered.
No refund of entry fees will be made for entries cancelled after the pre-entry closing date.
Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee.
In the event that there is a judge change, a refund will be granted less the recording fee for each entry/dog for pre-entry exhibitors only.
No refund if exhibitor is sick or injured or death in family. No refund for personal accidents, duplicated entries, or matters of extreme weather conditions, or pandemic and civil disturbances beyond the control of the host club.
